With this service, you will count with our prepared staff, available 24/7/365, to assist in the occurence of a traffic accident which results in injury or death. Our staff has the capabilities to give our clients all the emotional and legal assistance necessary 

Secondly, this service allows the company to rely on an additional benefit, since the immediacy in the gaining knowledge of the accident and the suitable advising of the insured, will result in a better handling of the claim and consequently will allow an improvement of claim costs. A speedy intervention before the occurrence of the claim allows us to carry out data research and reviews in almost immediate form, making possible direct contact by the victim.

Operations


The Company, directly or by means of its call center and mechanical operator, receives calls from the insured, and forwards the calls to our permanent assistance, a lawyer at our office, that will then channel the consultation, according to the claim’s characteristics, and will then take the appropriate measures in guiding the field investigators to the location of the claim and its eventual escalation to a precinct or police station. Within 48 hours an initial report with the details of the claim is sent to the Company, with acted results and suggestions.
